Identity Confirmation I confirm that my legal name is Pamela Hachem.
Identity Impersonation I confirm that the domain name pamelahachem.com has been used to impersonate my identity without my knowledge, authorization, or consent. The registration and/or use of this domain has caused or is likely to cause confusion by falsely suggesting an association with me and my personal identity.
Request for Transfer of Ownership I formally request that Gname, as the registrar of the domain pamelahachem.com, transfer the registration and legal ownership of the domain name into my name as the rightful holder of the personal name represented by the domain.
Legal Basis This request is made in accordance with:
- ICANN Registrar Accreditation Agreement (RAA) (2013), requiring accredited registrars to investigate and respond to reports of abuse, maintain accurate registration data where required, and comply with applicable laws.
- ICANN Transfer Policy, which governs the transfer of domain name registrations between registrants and registrars where an authorized change of registrant or ownership is appropriate.
- Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR), including Articles 5, 16, 17, and 21.
- Any other applicable laws relating to identity fraud, impersonation, passing off, unfair competition, or misuse of personal identity under the relevant jurisdiction.
Registrar Process I understand that where a complaint requests the transfer of domain ownership, the Gname Compliance Team will review the complaint and, where appropriate, contact the parties involved within approximately five (5) business days with instructions regarding the transfer process.
Perjury I declare under penalty of perjury that the foregoing statements are true and correct to the best of my knowledge. I respectfully request that Gname investigate this matter and, upon verification, transfer pamelahachem.com into my legal ownership.
